I had a commercial building in Reading, Pa that I was trying to sell through real-estate agents with no success. Friends suggested to try auctioning. I talked to 3 auctioneers and picked the Renaissance Auction Group. From setting the building up, to marketing programs, to the auction day and final closing, the Renaissance Auction Group handled all the details. The building was sold.

I was very favorably impressed by the effort and knowledge displayed by The Renaissance Auction Group and Bill Howze and his staff in handling estate matters and property for our firm.
